A true three-sport athlete, Frank Elliott was a standout football, wrestling, and track performer for Lowell High School during the mid–1960’s.

On the gridiron, Frank was an immovable force as a two-way tackle for Coach Ray Riddick, winning the outstanding lineman award for the Red and Gray for two consecutive years (1965–1966). As a senior Co-Captain, Frank was named 1st Team All-Scholastic for his efforts. Coach Riddick said of Frank–he is the “best I’ve had in twenty years”.

As a member of Coach George Bossi’s wrestling team, Frank reached the pinnacle of his mat career as heavyweight for the undefeated 1966- 1967 team. In just two years, Frank won the North Sectional Championship, finished 3rd in the State Championships and then became the first heavyweight in Lowell history to win a New England Championship. As a shot putter for Coach John Lang’s track team, Frank was a consistent performer with a personal best of 49’3″.

Upon graduation, Frank attended Northeastern University and played for the legendary Joe Zabilski. Frank was a starting defensive tackle for four seasons with the Huskies.

Frank graduated with a B.S. and M.S. in Criminal Justice. He then served eight years as a Federal Agent with the Drug Enforcement Administrative, Department of Justice. Today, Frank is President of National Security Protective Service, Inc. and the National Drug Institute, which he established in Lowell in 1982.
